Wall painting at Nitra Glycerin hostel in Slovakia
In March 2019, I made a wall painting for the Nitra Glycerin hostel in Slovakia. I was a volunteer in that hostel for two months.
The owner gave me a free choice of what I do on the wall, but the only request was that the painting gives good vibes of the hostel.
To create this concept, I took inspiration from hostel life, where travellers meet each other. Their activities at the hostel while they are staying there.
Staying in the hostel you can meet a different kind of different nationalities, religions and so on. It is possible to create good friendships or just to get a temporary travel companion or just have a good conversation.
Hostels are trying their best to give travelers a good time while they are staying there.
